Thank you for Contributing to Allen Chapel African Methodist Church. Please indicate below which fund you wish to contribute to.
General Fund
Fund used for the daily upkeep of the Church. Benevolence Fund/Caring Ministry Fund
Fund used to help out Family and Friends of Allen Chapel during their time of Bereavement or being Sick and Shut In. Our Caring Ministry deliver gift baskets to our Sick and Shut In members and Rev. Greer visits them at least once a month for Communion. >Missionary Work
Our Missionary Society feeds the Homeless and underpriveledge in Hartford the 2nd Tuesday of every month at Manna located in Downtown Hartford and help less fortunate families through the Adopt a Social Worker Program.
Van Ministry Fund
Fund used for gas and regular maintenance of our Church Van. The van is used primarily to bring our Senior Citizens to and from Sunday Service. Youth Ministries Fund
Used to help with materials for youth activities. The Board of Christian Education host an Annual Harvest Party, an Alternative to Halloween, our YPD most recently made Pinwheels to donate to the CT Childrens Medical Center and donated to the Angel Tree Project. Our youth are constantly learning about God, Church, and helping others.
